Tom Brady may be one of the fiercest competitors in sports history, but on his daughter’s birthday, the NFL icon showed the world his softest side.
The seven-time Super Bowl champion marked a major milestone on Friday as his youngest child, Vivian, officially turned 13 — and he celebrated with an emotional tribute that instantly melted hearts.
Sharing a carousel of cherished memories spanning her childhood to present day, Brady poured his heart out to the daughter he calls his “baby girl.”
“I love you more than words can describe,” he wrote. “Your smile lights up my life. Your laugh is my favorite sound in the world. I’m so proud of the way you work hard in school and in sports — the way you pour your heart into everything inspires me every single day.”
The photos painted an intimate portrait of their father-daughter bond — from playful gym moments and gym selfies to quiet hugs at major sporting events, including Thanksgiving in Michigan and the 2024 Paris Olympics.
A little Brady… and a mini Gisele
Fans were quick to notice that Vivian is becoming the perfect blend of both parents. In recent shots, her resemblance to supermodel mom Gisele Bündchen is undeniable — yet her competitive fire looks unmistakably Brady.
One photo showed Vivian mid-volleyball spike, showcasing athletic confidence well beyond her years. Another captured father and daughter joking around in the gym, proving that sports still connect them deeply, even in Brady’s post-NFL chapter.
Vivian was also seen alongside her brothers — Jack, 18, whom Brady shares with Bridget Moynahan, and Benjamin, 15, his son with Gisele — offering a rare glimpse of the full Brady sibling trio together.

A family shaped by football, fame… and sacrifice
Brady and Bündchen’s 13-year marriage came to an end in 2022 following months of speculation, with reports suggesting tensions fueled by Brady’s decision to unretire and return to football.
Gisele had previously spoken about her concerns over Brady’s health and the toll the sport took on their family life. For Brady, however, football was always part of how he believed he provided for his family.
In a candid newsletter earlier this year, Brady reflected:
“Part of being a great father is being a great example of commitment, discipline, and showing what it takes to be the best at your job. I chose to do that through football.”
Despite the past tension, his latest birthday tribute makes one thing abundantly clear — Vivian remains the center of his world.
“I can’t wait to see you grow into the incredible person you’re becoming,” he added. “I love our adventures together. You turn every trip into a scavenger hunt for the best ice cream or matcha latte. And I can’t wait for all the memories still ahead.”
At 13, Vivian is no longer just the little girl on the sidelines — she’s becoming her own story. And Tom Brady, win or lose, will always be her biggest fan.
