Nothing — not even a slippery treadmill moment — could steal the festive joy inside the Mahomes household this Christmas Eve.

Brittany Mahomes shared a heart-melting Instagram Story of her holiday workout with daughter Sterling, 4, and son Bronze, 3, as the trio attempted to walk side-by-side on the treadmill. Brittany, focused on her sweat session, barely noticed as Sterling lost her footing first, sliding out of frame — quickly followed by little Bronze, who bravely held on a few seconds longer before tumbling too.

But instead of tears, the kids bounced right back.

Moments later, Brittany posted another clip showing both Sterling and Bronze back on the mat beside her as she worked through leg lifts and core exercises, wearing a festive red sports bra and leggings. Sterling beamed through crunches in candy-cane pajamas and a giant red bow, while Bronze happily kicked his legs in green gingerbread-print PJs.

The adorable gym date ended with the kids tackling arm-pull machines on their own — proving even holiday wipeouts can’t keep these two down.

Though Brittany never revealed who was filming, fans suspect Patrick Mahomes was behind the camera. The Chiefs superstar is currently sidelined after undergoing surgery for an ACL tear earlier this month — an injury that cut his season short and eliminated Kansas City from playoff contention.

“Don’t know why this had to happen… but I will be back stronger than ever,” Patrick wrote after the devastating loss. Coach Andy Reid later confirmed the surgery was successful and praised Patrick’s determination to attack rehab head-on.

Despite the heartbreak, Patrick refused to let the holidays lose their magic. He even went all out for his teammates, gifting the Chiefs offensive line electric bikes, Beats headphones, Hublot watches, Rimowa suitcases and a Full Swing golf simulator kit.

From knee surgery to kids tumbling off treadmills — the Mahomes family is proving this Christmas is all about resilience, laughter and bouncing back together.
