Tom Brady just proved that even in the aftermath of a high-profile divorce, family comes first — always.
This Thanksgiving, the 7-time Super Bowl champion traded stadium spotlights for something far more meaningful: a rare, joy-filled weekend with all three of his kids in Ann Arbor, Michigan. And the photos? They stunned fans.
Brady’s Instagram carousel opened with a powerful father-daughter moment: Tom and 12-year-old Vivian standing at midfield inside The Big House at the University of Michigan — the place where his legendary football journey began. Vivian, looking more and more like her supermodel mom Gisele Bündchen, beamed beside her dad, who couldn’t hide his pride.
“What a special thanksgiving weekend with the people I love most,” Brady wrote.
“Laughing, playing, eating too much… and enjoying our family and football and tradition in the state of Michigan.”
The photos show a relaxed, glowing Brady surrounded by his children — Jack (with Bridget Moynahan), Benjamin, and Vivian — plus his niece Hannah, a Michigan volleyball standout. After working the Packers-Lions broadcast, the 48-year-old NFL legend flew straight to Ann Arbor for the reunion.
💔 A Peaceful Moment After a Painful Chapter
Fans couldn’t ignore the significance: this is Brady’s second Thanksgiving since his split from Gisele after 13 years of marriage. Their divorce in 2022 — triggered partly by Brady’s decision to “un-retire” — marked the end of one of America’s most iconic couples.
Gisele had publicly shared her concerns at the time, wanting Brady to slow down, focus on family, and prioritize his health. Brady, meanwhile, admitted in a candid newsletter this summer that he saw his devotion to football as a way of being a good father:
“My dedication… the focus… the grind — that was me teaching by example.”
But he also acknowledged that chasing greatness came at a cost.
🌙 A New Chapter of Fatherhood
Since stepping away from the game for good in 2023, Brady has embraced a new identity: full-time dad, part-time Fox Sports analyst — and a more grounded version of the NFL icon we knew.
Fans praised the Thanksgiving photos as proof that Brady is healing, reconnecting, and redefining what fatherhood means to him.
One commenter wrote:
“What a beautiful family. So much to be grateful for.”
Another added:
“Seeing Tom smile like this again… priceless.”
Meanwhile, Gisele’s Life Has Changed Too
Gisele, now a new mom again after welcoming a baby with jiu-jitsu trainer Joaquim Valente, has kept her distance from the spotlight surrounding Brady — but has insisted she always wishes him happiness.
Despite tension after Brady’s brutal Netflix Roast jokes involving Valente, the former couple now focuses on peaceful co-parenting.
🏈 Back to Work Soon
With Thanksgiving behind him, Brady returns to broadcasting while the Chiefs — led by Mahomes — prepare to host the Texans on December 8.
But for Tom Brady, this weekend wasn’t about football.
It was about family, healing, and creating memories that spotlight his most important role yet: Dad.
